We reached Austin City Limits Friday evening, and recovered from our two big driving days at the home of dear relatives Dan and Marie. Dan is Layli's brother, Marie his great wife. We love them both. They have a k-nine friend for Riley to play with, Chico the Chihuahua. The house is cool, the backyard grass is softer on the paws then the course St. Augustine stuff Riley endures in Florida, and they both romp and play.

We bi-peds explored San Antonio's famed River Walk, took the tour boat float, enjoyed a riverside Mexican cafe, and explored the colorful markets. A "D-Q" stop capped off the return ride to Round Rock. Tomorrow will include a relaxed family picnic in Dan & Marie's comfortable patio area.
